With more than 25 years of pioneering experience, Stamina has been at the forefront of institutional development and human capital advancement in the Arab world.

We established the National Center for Management & Training (NCMT) in Abu Dhabi, in partnership with Egypt’s Arab Institute for Training & Management (APROMAC). NCMT redefined consulting and training in administration, finance, oil & gas and energy, industry, public safety, and industrial security.

We later expanded with the Dubai International Institute (DII), which helped shape leading institutions across the UAE and GCC. Shortly after, we launched Gama Consulting in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Ergonomics Technology Corporation (ETC), USA, to deliver cutting-edge industrial and technological capacity-building solutions.

The Stamina team—pioneers behind NCMT, DII, and Gama Consulting—is led by H.E. Nidal Bataineh and Dr. Medhat Nassar, with proven impact in oil & gas and energy, finance, governance, municipalities, and private industry.
